We had a great time watching the Nationals play the Cubs today. Further to previous posts I can confirm that the game is a cross between cricket and rounders with lots of musical theatre thrown in! Managed to follow the basics from the scoreboard and the game ended with an exciting extra innings when the Nats stole the game! Also tasted some traditional fare, soft pretzels, hot dogs and chicken tenders and fries. We had great seats under an over hang so not too hot but April thought it was 10 -15 degrees hotter behind the dug out where she was sitting.
