The highs and lows of United Airlines
We had been warned by a friend that this might not be the best service we have so far received. Airside the staff were brilliant and tried to make up for the awful check in service. It took 40 mins to check in First Class as we were sent from desk to desk with no-one really willing or bothered to help us. Not easy with two cases and a wheelchair. Arrived very stressed and upset at the Red Carpet Club where all was made right by a lovely lady on the desk! Breakfast also helped to restore my mood!
